Dominari Holdings is a Nasdaq listed company that focuses on unique and compelling opportunities in the ever-emerging American technology and AI-verse. Through its various subsidiaries, the Company is currently engaged in wealth management, investment banking, sales and trading and asset management. In addition to capital investment, Dominari provides management support to the executive teams of its subsidiaries, helping them to operate efficiently and reduce cost under a streamlined infrastructure. In addition to organic growth, the Company seeks opportunities outside of its current business to enhance stockholder value, including in the AI and Data Center sectors.

Dominari seeks to create shareholder value in various ways. We often seek to incubate and support new American companies that focus in the AI-verse in areas such as AI chip manufacturing and design, Data Centers, and authentication security. With the firm’s own capital, along with the Company’s principals, we invest in American new and existing companies. While not exclusively focused on domestic companies, we strongly believe in supporting American companies and our fellow citizens.

In addition, our wholly owned full-service broker dealer, Dominari Securities, “DOMS”, our investment bank advises and helps various American companies in the technology and AI-verse raise capital in the private market and go public and access capital in the public markets. We do this via direct investments and via our own proprietary SPV's designed to help our institutional and retail clientele access these compelling investments.

Dominari Securities also creates proprietary SPV's to help our clientele gain access to the most compelling American unicorn technology and AI companies in the world. A few examples of these are Dominari Series SPV's in such companies as SpaceX, xAI, Cerebras Systems, Anduril, Groq to name a few. We have well more than $100 million in Dominari series SPV's.
