Anthony C. Hayes, Esq. | CEO
Anthony C. Hayes, Esq., is the driving force behind Dominari Holdings Inc's ambitious expansion plans. Taking a leading role in transforming Aikido from biotechnology to corporate enterprise has been just one of his many goals - now with DOMH listed on NASDAQ (ticker: DOMH) and diversified holdings encompassing financial services, emerging growth & legacy pharma, he will oversee this exciting new era.
Hayes is a renowned attorney who achieved great success in his fields of expertise. He rose to prominence, not only as partner at an Am Law 100 firm and co-founder/managing member of JaNSOME IP Management LLC – a consulting firm for intellectual property monetization best practices – but also garnered special recognition from President George W. Bush for creating the 501(c)(3) organisation 'Wills For Heroes'. His work has been acknowledged with other honours such as IAM's 2013 IP Personality Award, American Board of Trial Advocates' Young Lawyer Of The Year prize and Columbia South Carolina's "20 Under 40" award.
After earning an economics degree from Mary Washington College in 1990, he went on to get a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and since then has become affiliated with Bar Memberships across four states. He has also published literature on the topic of post-crisis management.
Kyle Wool | President
Kyle M. Wool, President to the Dominari Holdings Inc. Board of Directors and CEO of Dominari Financial Inc. and the CEO of Dominari Securities. He boasts over 20 years in various aspects of global finance as a Managing Director at Oppenheimer & Co., Head of Wealth Management for their Asian branch, Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, and President of Revere Securities LLC. His extensive knowledge allows him to provide invaluable strategic guidance while advising those on the team managing all facets related to financial services categories with senior level insights that ensure success across the board within an organization whose growth strategies he actively contributes towards cultivating.
Kyle is also active in various philanthropic endeavors both domestically and abroad. He currently serves as a board member of LifeLine NY, board member of the CIRSD (Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development), board member of Project Rousseau and also a board Member of Lang Lang International Music Foundation.
Kyle is a regular contributor to Fox Business on shows such as, Mornings with Maria, The Stuart Varney show and The Claman Countdown.
Tim Ledwick | CFO
As the Chief Financial Officer, Tim Ledwick brings more than two decades of both private and public company CFO experience to Dominari. Mr. Ledwick previously served as the Audit Committee Chair of Dominari from 2015-2025. Most recently, he provided CFO consulting services to a Nasdaq listed public safety technology and services company (Nasdaq: WRAP). From 2011 until 2022, he was the Chief Financial Officer of SYFT, a private equity-backed company that provided software solutions and services to hospitals focused on reducing costs, which was successfully sold to GHX in 2022. In addition, since 2012 he has served on the board of directors and Audit Committee Chair of Telkonet, Inc. (Nasdaq: TKOI), a smart energy management technology company. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Ledwick provided CFO consulting services to a $150 million services firm and from 2002 through 2006, he was a member of the board of directors and Executive Vice President-CFO of Dictaphone Corporation playing a lead role in developing a business plan which revitalized the company, resulting in the successful sale of the firm delivering a seven times return to shareholders. From 2001-2002, Mr. Ledwick was brought on as CFO to lead the restructuring efforts of Lernout & Hauspie Speech Products (“L&H”), a Belgium-based Nasdaq listed speech technology company, whose market cap had at one point reached a high of $9 billion. Prior to L&H, he held CFO positions at Cross Media Marketing Corp and Cityscape Financial Corp. He began his career at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. Mr. Ledwick is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and received his BBA in Accounting from The George Washington University and his MS in Finance from Fairfield University.
Chris Devall | COO
Chris Devall brings two decades of experience and a wealth of knowledge to Dominari as Chief Operating Officer. With expertise in multiple industries, including government procurement, manufacturing, and biotech coupled with an MBA from the University Of Virginia's Darden School Of Business – plus his time served in the military – Mr. Devall is poised to help drive success for all administrative arms of this business enterprise.
